Notes:

1. Deadline for Early Bird Registration: March 20, 2025

    Deadline for Registration: May 20, 2025

2. The registration fee covers conference materials and meals. You are responsible for your travel and accommodation.

3. All participants must register with real names. Registration can be completed through our official website or the mini-official website (https://mm.sciconf.cn/cn/minisite/index/27667). Required identification documents (work certificates, practice licenses, student IDs) must be uploaded during registration. Please prepare the necessary electronic materials in advance.

4. Discount registration is available for early bird, graduate students and resident trainees. They must provide valid student IDs and institution-certified documents. The confirmation of early bird registration will be based on the time the registration fee is discounted.

Ⅱ. Registration Procedure:

1. Complete registration information:

（1）Visit our conference website at (https://aspcr2025.sciconf.cn/) and navigate to the "Participation registration" for the conference registration interface. Existing users can log in with the username and password. New users should select "New User Registration" to proceed. Domestic participants should registrate by choosing "境内代表请点击此处”.

（2）Upon completing the registration details, choose your "Registration Type" and upload a copy of your valid "Physician/Nurse Practice License/Work Certificate". The Conference Team will review these within two business days.

（3）After Approval, you can pay for the order in personal center.

2. Payment:

（1）Domestic delegates: Please complete your payment online via the official website using Shouxinyi.

（2）International delegates: Please transfer the registration fee via bank including "ASPCR2025" in the transfer remarks, and email the remittance receipt to sec.ASPCR2025@healife.com.

3. Cancellation terms:

（1）If you need to cancel your registration, submit an email request to the Conference Secretariat before May 20th, 2025, midnight Beijing time for a full refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after this date.

（2）Please download the refund application template: Refund Application. Fill in the contents completely and email the refund application along with the registration fee payment voucher to the Conference Secretariat at sec.ASPCR2025@healife.com. 

（3）Upon receiving the refund request, the Finance Department of Shanghai Medical Association will process it within 15 working days post-conference, verify the payment and participation status, and refund the money through the original payment channel.

Ⅲ. Young Investigator Paper Awards:

Young Investigator Paper Awards will be awarded (based on scientific merits and on a competitive basis) to members to defray the cost of travel and registration to ASPCR 2025.

- Criteria:

1. To be eligible for the Award, an applicant must be a current and active member of ASPCR (2025 annual fee paid);

2. Must register as a paid participant to the congress before applying for the Award;

3. Applicant must be the first and presenting author of the submitted work;

4. Priority will be given to junior clinicians/researchers or residents/trainees of age 35 years and below;

5. Selection of the awardees will be based on the scientific merits of the submitted abstract, and will be determined by the organizing committee of ASPCR2025 whose decision is final.

- Application:

Interested ASPCR members are kindly requested to submit the following documents by 1st April 2025 to ASPCR2025@163.com.

1. Brief CV;

2. PDF copy of the submitted abstract, already registered in the ASPCR2025 abstract system;

3. Personal statement indicating why ASPCR should support his/her attendance to the conference;

4. Supporting letter from Head of Department or Supervisor indicating the candidate’s training/vocational position;

5. Proof of the membership of ASPCR (2025 annual fee paid).
